Dom is Partner, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at King River Capital, where he leads the firm’s operational activities, including finance, compliance, human capital, and investor relations. 

Before joining King River in 2021, Dom founded Thaddeus Martin Compliance to support private equity and venture capital managers in integrating compliance, risk management, and sustainability into their organizations.  Before that, he spent fifteen years, initially as CFO and then CCO of Stafford Capital Partners, an international multi-asset class private equity firm, and before that worked at Deloitte in their corporate and financial services tax group.

Originally from Sydney, Dom has bachelor’s degrees in Business and Laws from the University of Technology Sydney.  He is a Legal Practitioner (Solicitor) of the Supreme Court of NSW.

You can usually find Dom enjoying the spectacular vistas and abundant nature of the Blue Mountains.
